What are you reading??
Right now, I am dividing my time between several books:
Daisy Fay and the Miracle Man by Fannie Flagg
Fourth Comings by Megan McCafferty (read this !!)
a romance series by Debbie Macomber
a non-fiction title about troubled teens
and I am re-reading several of my favorite books of all time.
So good. So happy to be reading!
Are you reading anything good?
Also, check out the link to Roach's Blog. Apparently, it's about sports and I am reading it because I love him, but I don't really get it. If you're an Alabama fan, I am sure you will like it.

I am reading Emily Post's book on Etiquette. Fascinating, I know.
I decided to just write about what I felt like instead of focusing on sports. Interestingly enough my most recent post is about reading a book.
I'm in the process of rereading The Outlander series by Diana Gablado and am on book 4 - Drums of Autumn.
Peyton - watch out crazy lady. If you get more out there, I don't know what I'll do...
Roach - good. I want to read your blog, but football is just not all that interesting...your thoughts? That's a whole other story
Katy -Funny you should mention the Outlander series. A friend of mine at work told me I should read them. Hmmm. Maybe I will give them a looksey...
I am reading only school related materials at present...however, there was a great headline on the Tuscaloosa News a couple of days ago. A student at Brookwood High School checked out a book that she eventually decided (with grandma's help) was too naughty for school children (hence the title "Naughty Book?"). In order to "prevent" censorship complications, the girl instead refuses to return the book to the school library. Great. One more book out of a library that is probably underused as it is.
I am now reading school-related materials (cuz I'm a student now!) but I am also 3/4 of the way through My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult, and have just started a memoir called My Lobotomy by Howard Dully. On the short stack of what's next: Still Life with Elephant, Comfort From a Country Quilt (by Reba McEntire), and a book of sock knitting patterns. Oh, and the new one by Bill Clinton.
I'm reading This Book Will Save Your Life by A.M. Homes. It's kind of weird.
P.S. I didn't think Daisy Fay was as good as some other Fannie Flagg books!
