That is what I have accomplished this evening. I have not cleaned anything in my apartment. Actually, I have probably made it messier. That's just how I roll.

I thought that living alone meant that I wouldn't have to feel guilty if things were messy, but unfortunately I still do.
I have just enough people who come over to my apartment and see it like it is that I feel more embarrassed than anything. I know they don't care, but a (apparently) teeny tiny part of me does.
i thought that living with someone would motivate me to keep things neater so that he wouldn't think badly of me. turns out that it hasn't really worked very well. i'm still messy and i still feel guilty about it.
Actually, I think it is a mark of achievement for guys to have nasty apartments. Let me clarify - my apartment is messy, not dirty. I guess I should start referring to my place as my bachelor pad, eh?

Is this a girl thing? I think so. How many men feel guilty or embarrassed over not keeping their living quarters clean?
