The last sign you're a loser....

I would say the first, but let's face it when you reach this level, it's clearly the bottom of the barrel.

It's Friday night/Saturday morning and I am enjoying a Tivo marathon. That's not bad enough, people...do you wonder what has brought on this tivo watching? Well, I've upgraded from the old tivo and I need to clear it out before I hook up the new one.

I'm going from a regular tivo that records only one program at once to a dual tuner. I can now record two programs at once! I am amazed by technology. I have no idea how it works, but I love it! This really fits into my First Waver Theory. No Cable, No air conditioning, no beer = Katie a shell of her former self.

The Regression is Complete

I have now taken to tivoing the cartoon version of Berenstein Bears. Good stuff. So sad how much I enjoy watching the stories. I guess I'll be switching back to soft foods soon. We really should have seen this coming after the desire for footy pajamas, eh?

I'm a sick individual

Ever since I bought my tivo, I have become a very impatient t.v. watcher. I want to fast forward through everything and get to the good stuff. I went home to Nashville and was tivo-less for around 48 hours. I'm not going to lie, it was tough. In my desperation I turned to Marie Osmond. Yes. Marie. Osmond. She is a regular on QVC (which has no commercials) and she promotes her line of porcelain dolls. Creepy, yet fascinating, porcelain dolls. Their vacant stares accompanied by Marie's hokey descriptions of how dolls make everything better is quite entertaining. I probably watched over two hours of this lovely programming and I am ashamed, but also going through a bit of withdrawal right now.
