Wow, you've got 12 and I could only think of 4!! I'm with you on the bread... I take two pieces out of the loaf and open them like a book. It would drive me crazy in the caf at BSC when you'd ask for a grilled cheese sandwich and they'd do the bread wrong... I can't think of how to describe it but I know you know what I mean. But as for the mayo, I just sort of smear it on, and I tease my sister about spreading it on so evenly it's like she's painting a wall....
